Dear Keystone Group Staff Thank you! Your shades are great. I am a retired mechanical engineer and am somewhat critical of product workmanship, ease of installation, and simplicity of use. I was pleased on all accounts. Just want to say the new design is really nice and so easy to hang up. The down rod is much better than loop chord to move up and down. Cannot get much better or simpler…thanks Love our new shades!! Installation was a snap. We have a 16′ west facing sliding glass door in California. We bought 2 shades to go inside the eaves, but after putting them up – we had a brainstorm! We had annoying vertical blinds inside, which never worked right…..so we took them down and installed the shades inside the oak valance and it is perfect! When sun is a problem, we crank down the shades — otherwise they are hidden away and we get to enjoy the entire 16′ of window! Thanks for making such a great product!! What an awesome job of design. Super easy to install compared the ones I bought 5 years ago. I love the design, and the look. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to get some shade on their home. Thanks very much. Our yacht club is situated on the waters edge in Moss Landing Harbor, in Moss Landing, California. Our clubhouse faces west overlooking the harbor with boats right out our front window. In the evening just prior to sunset the sun brightly reflects off the water and later directly into the clubhouse. We have bought 8 of your sunshades…and they work great! Have to tell you been looking for something for years !! Great product, style, colors of shade and valance. Great pricing!! Being able to see out while outside and can not see in is fantastic. Have 2 story house right behind me that can see all into my home I ended up using as interior mounting for my 8 ft sliding glass door for privacy Looks wonderful with my decor. Can leave down all day and still have brightness in my room Was getting very gloomy with the drapes drawn all the time I’m in wheelchair and long handle makes it very easy for me to lower and raise. I want you to know that I have actually purchased four of your shades…. I have installed two and have two in back up…I love the shades and after installing them on our house, 5 of my neighbors went and bought the shades. First of, I want to tell you just how much I LOVE these solar shades. I put them up on my balcony and usually use them in the morning when I sit outside to drink my coffee and eat my breakfast. It is so nice to have that shade now, before I would never sit outside in the morning b/c the sun would just hit the table and there was way too much glare. We have a large octagon shaped window that was desperate for cover during the spring-summer sun invasion. We purchased the 8′ x 8′ shade and voila! We are happy as can be! So much that we have since purchased 3 more shades and created the same comfort for our screened in porch. There is a considerable and noticeable difference in the temperature of our home and porch thanks to your fantastic product! What I didn’t expect, was the customer service that I received once I reached your facility. The young lady at the front desk had the handle waiting for me at the reception area. She was pleasant, cheerful and made me feel welcome. It was obvious that she enjoyed her work. I was in and out of there in five minutes. I can’t remember the last time that I had such service. Great job! Very easy to install, great design, and a great price… What a brilliant design. I am not one to send comments pro or con but I am so excited to have found your blinds. I live in the Mojave Desert. So needless to say it gets hot. The west side of the house gets so hot that you can feel the heat coming through the insulated wall. We installed the shade on Tuesday and have not needed to turn the cooler on. It has been over 90!. I am so impressed! Amy…I forgot to say thanks for helping me out a few months ago. I’m very happy with this product and the support you provided…Thanks, On July 17, 2013 I purchased a Baja Exterior roll up shade 8 feet x 6 feet. It arrived a few days later, upon opening it I found broken parts, (Clutch) and missing parts (End caps, and hold down rings) I contacted the Keystone group, and a Lady by the name of Amy answered the call. At this point I want to add, I feel the most important person in any business is the receptionist, and you at Keystone do have a wonderful person who is doing a great job at making a person feel that buying through your firm is a pleasure. Not only did she know the items I above described, but said she would send them to me. They arrived as promised, in good shape, well packaged, along with a note from Amy with a thank you for contacting Keystone. People like Amy are hard to find these days, please give her a thumbs up and pat on the back, she has made a future customer… I installed 4 shades on my Outdoor Living space the Lanai. The area is large and can accommodate both guest and the stainless steel kitchen. The 2 ceiling fans help to keep the area cool during the heat of the day but did not help when the sun angle changed. During the afternoon it got burning hot, the sun heated up the stainless steel and the glare bounced off the flat screen television. Then I found the shades and now it is an oasis…. We were tired of the heat coming in our large living room window every afternoon, but it was a shame to close the blinds and block out the view. It was a relief when our sun shade arrived. It gives us the shade we need, but enough visibility that we don’t feel shut in. Compared to the shades we bought for our front porch 5 years ago, this cord system works so much better than the old “drawstring” style. My little boy can operate it without help. Thank you. Always great to deal with a company that knows what great customer service is!
We love our recently-acquired sun shades. The shades were very easily mounted, providing privacy and shade, while still permitting us to enjoy our beautiful view. We also immediately found out how much cooler our home was! Air and light in abundance, along with coolness, air circulation and ease of use. We love them and recommend them to everyone!
I reviewed many different sun blocking shades and made the decision to go with your product because of the easy install and the quality of the fabric. I could not be happier. The install literally took me 15 minutes and works perfectly. My wife was so impressed with my handy work that she thinks I’m capable of more home projects.
